East Pittsburgh is a borough in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, about 11 miles southeast of the confluence of the Monongahela and the Allegheny rivers at Pittsburgh.

East Pittsburgh is bordered by the borough of Chalfant to the north, the borough of North Braddock to the northwest, North Versailles Township to the south, and the borough of Turtle Creek to the northeast.
