No Lien AND Tax Certification Letters are to be made out to The Borough of East Pittsburgh. The Fee is $30.00
An Occupancy inspection is also required – please complete the correct occupancy permit application and submit to the Borough Office with payment. The Code Enforcement/BCO will contact to set an inspection date.
Residential Owner-Occupied Occupancy permit fee is $75.00
Residential Rental Occupancy permit fee is $75.00
Temporary Occupancy permit fee is $100.00
Commercial Occupancy permit fee is $100.00
